I see the pricing, but what about hosting?
Hosting is included in all the pricing models.
I don't have a name, what do I do?
Flying Squirrel works directly with you to find a name that is suitable for you organization and the cost of that name is included in your pricing package.
I already have a site, what can you do differently
This is a hard question to answer without talking directly to you and finding out what you currently have and what we can offer.
Can I have an e-mail with the website name?
Yes, we allow you up to 100 e-mail accounts for each site you own. If you need more e-mail accounts there may be additional fees.
What if I am having a problem, how do I fix it?
That's the great thing about working with someone local. You don't have to worry about fixing it. Once you are a client, you will recieve a direct cellphone contact number for any problems that may arise. For those clients who do not subscribe to monthly updating and maintance, you still have the ability to call and have technical issues resolved the same day.
